I went to the gym last night and hit the cross trainer once more. This ended up with 800 calories burnt in 1:;3537:46, which is 8.18 calories per minute. The tech recorded 1220 calories in 2:35:14.
I wonder how long I will be able to visit the gym, given that this Covid:19 is now in Swindon.
