Still making up for last week

Yet another visit to the Gym. The tech said to rest but Thursdays work for me.

So not too many exercises because I was fatigued by the end of the Cross trainer run. In addition I chill easily and I’m pondering on my gym attire to address this.

The tech recorded 752 calories burnt in 1:43:33.

At time of writing, which is 00:06 on 28th Feb, the tech requires me to apply 51 hours of recovery to full strength. Easy effort is recommended. My VO2 MAX remains at 40. My training load is 888, just on the top edge of Optimal. I’m happy with all this.
