Yesterday evening I went to the gym. As usual, I started on the Cross Trainer. Then this happened –
| Exercise | Level | Reps |
| Cross trainer | 13 | 500 calories 1:01:45 |
| Assisted pull up | 40 Kg ( 35 Kg ) | 6 sets of 5 reps |
| Triceps extension | 40 Kg (35 Kg ) | 6 sets of 5 reps |
| Low row | 50 set | 3 sets of 10 reps |
So a good calorie burn session, which kind of started at an initial 300 Calorie target but as I got close I pushed it up another 10 to get 40 minutes, then more for 45, then, I figured I could get 500 in the hour, just So I did.
The tech doesn’t agree with the Cross Trainer however. It thinks the trainer reads low on the calories.

With the walk to and from the gym and the bit of weights work, it records I burnt 891 Calories. I certainly know I had worked when I had finished.

Sweaty!!!
