Ouch!

So after a three day run of Gym sessions, I ended up with three days off. This evening I stopped that being four days. Don’t I know about it! Well, it was my fault for pushing the levels again. I shouldn’t compete with myself I know. Anyway, here’s what I managed.

So, some good, some not so good.
Good was the leg press. Driving 100 Kg is do-able.
Good is the 50 on the Low Row. I know about it now but its do-able.
Not so good is the 4 Kg pair on should press. How weak am I?
Not so good is the cross trainer. I was tiring quickly. 263 calories total today.

I totalled 838 calories in this session, from front door and back again, then forgetting to switch off the recorded. So I’ll call it 800.
