Two events today. First I attended the Carl Todd Clinic for a progress update with Sam Boland. Sam advised me on the best course of action to address posture and pain issues that I was suffering. His treatment work set me on the course to building upper body strength and to adjust my posture accordingly. Sam was pleased with my progress and determination to fix my issues well and truly, by continuing with my gym work and continuing to increase my body strength.
The second event was the visit to the gym. These are the results.
