Today I planned to visit the Gym. Further more I have managed to persuade Holly to join me. But it wasn’t to happen. I woke this morning with a frozen neck and although it is gradually easing there is no way I’m going anywhere.
I’ve had a frozen neck before, a long time before. Normally I can’t turn to the right. This time I can turn to the right but I can not tilt my head to the right. Even worse this has left me with my head slightly tilted to the left, which I cannot correct. That has caused other issues.
I have no idea why this has happened and can only assume I got cold in the night. The tech puts my recovery hours are expired, so go for it. My load indicator is now LOW. Geeeeereat!
