This evening the Tech says I’m good for the next training session. This is my achievements.

Including walking down and back the tech recorded 1,035 calories burnt. I broke the 1K barrier!!!! I’m not making a habit of that. Probably…
Also, and how wise this was remains to be seen, I took the strap of the Polar heart monitor and washed it thoroughly in water and shower gel, twice. I rinsed it out, dried it. Then I loosened it until it would stay in place, just. Then I used it for this session. It worked very well. Now lets see if anything follows.
