Getting addictive

Following Tuesday nights marathon session of the cross trainer the tech was telling me I had three days to recover. Now that would mean I would be going back to the gym on Friday night. I’m not keen on that idea, that’s chill night. So I went on Thursday night instead.

I’ve only gone and done it again.
