The plan today is to get the battens completed (I think that was the plan yesterday but I got distracted and did other stuff, so no actual loss). I would like to be in a position to get the next batch of plaster board. Unfortunately it is raining today and as the plaster board has to go on the roof rack it would be ruined.
Last night I order some kit to go into the office. A rack unit to put stuff in. The bank manager might be calling later.
Update for the later afternoon. What a day! First the patio light was swapped out and the old one cleaned up and installed in the office. No I have a light in each corner.
Then it was battens and insulation and I am please to say its all finished! Result there.
Then, after a massive tidy up I have got the extraction working. I’m on a roll here.
Now I am looking that those pesky cables that are in the wrong place.
One pesky cable rerouted. The problem was that it also ran across the attic floor, hence risking damage. So I rerouted into my assigned cable conduit. And now its not long enough! After a lot of furtiling about the problem is solved. Now for cable No. 2.
