Here’s a problem that seems to affect us all at sometime. Weight was originally a problem for me because I could never put enough of it on. Middle age appears to have helped here, but hold on, I don’t need that much help. Scary to discover last weekend that I had managed to gain a good stone over the winter.
Now there are many reasons why this might have occurred, but I determined it was quite simply because I was munching too much and not exercising enough. This situation just will not do and, of course, this means War.
A significant drop in the amount I was eating. I don’t need it after all. In addition I am targeting 10,000 steps a day. After a week I feel much better already and the “podge” that I had suddenly realised was stopping me from picking things up, is already receding.
I just haven’t been brave enough to get back on the scales.
