A rest day, of sorts.

After last nights really great gym session the tech recommended 30 hours to recover. That counts out another gym visit tonight. So, as normal training was allowed (rather than high performance training) I did some reps with the barbell. Some rows, some curls and shoulder presses. The shoulder presses are my weakest exercise. I was pushing 18.2 Kg but after 10 reps I was done. I’ll get there!

In addition I went out for a brisk walk for 2 miles. This got me daily steps in. This total is not great at 7850 but it is creeping up, as cross trainer steps count also.

So I have an activity burn of 667 calories so far for today.

Final note was that I managed to lock myself out of this site this evening. Kept getting the password wrong and the security agent stepped in. Persuaded it in the end that I was the owner.
