So today wasn’t a great day. I had a rest yesterday due to the amount of work done on Monday after Induction. The watch advised a rest, which expired this morning.
So off to the gym tonight? Err, no. During the induction, specifically the kettle bell swing and the Russian Twist, I appear to have caused damage to my lower back, right at the base of the spine by the feel of it.
Okay, I am disappointed but this didn’t stop me. Instead I did some exercises at home.
- Plank – 45 seconds.
- Glute bridge – 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Crunches – 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Russian twist – 10 reps using a bottle of bleach and with care.
- Kettle bell (With bleach bottle) – 6 reps – irritated the back.
I didn’t record the events on the watch but it saw off about 100 calories.
