Firstly I have gone to electronic ballasts. I picked up four units that are much smaller and lighter than the lump of a unit I bought before.  I have set two of these up in the workshop.  They work well but there is a big issue with the colour of the SON bulbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I then researched and discovered that these electronic ballasts can also drive &#8220;Metal Halide&#8221; bulbs.  So I bought a pair of these. Well, quite simple.
