I had bought a refurbishment kit, dropped the gear case off to access the pump, refitted it, re-fitted the gear case and tested it.  No water flow, not a drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I had to strip out the gear case again and examine the refurbished pump.  I found the problem was the key to secures the impeller to the driveshaft wasn&#8217;t doing its job.  Fortunately I had a replacement and this did it.
