I don&#8217;t have a plan as such.  The first thing is the cross trainer to warm up.  The problem is I don&#8217;t seem to be getting off.  So, this time I burnt &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1000 Calories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2:03:03<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Needless to say I did nothing else.
