Pretty consistent then.

One exercise! Okay, here’s what happened. I had a compression top on, which works really well if you get hot. Once I’d finished I rested for a while, sat in this wet compression top. Not good, I chilled rapidly. So that’s why! So, back in the changing room, off with the top, towel off and put a normal tee shirt on. Then I changed from shorts to insulated longs. In doing so my calves started cramping. I’d lost too much heat. So I walked around for a while to warm them up under the insulation. Then decided to go back out and do some more exercises.

As I reached for the door handle I saw my watch. The cross trainers measurement of calorific burn seems low. The watch, plus HRM, calculated I was at 960 calories. Hold on, lets not go too mad here. So I decided to pack it in and walk home. This provided more entertainment as both calves started to get very solid so I walked gently until they started to warm.

Total result for the tech was 2:24:17, burning 1039 calories. A good return.

Today the neck was still restricted for the roll to the right but it didn’t hurt.
