This is my achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>Exercise<\/td><td>Level<\/td><td>Reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cross trainer<\/td><td>13<\/td><td>600 calories<br>75:03<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Assisted pull up<\/td><td>50 Kg ( 25 Kg )<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Triceps extension<\/td><td>50 Kg ( 25 Kg )<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Low Row<\/td><td>50 set<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Including walking down and back the tech recorded 1,035 calories burnt.  I broke the 1K barrier!!!!  I&#8217;m not making a habit of that. Probably&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, and how wise this was remains to be seen, I took the strap of the Polar heart monitor and washed it thoroughly in water and shower gel, twice.  I rinsed it out, dried it.  Then I loosened it until it would stay in place, just.  Then I used it for this session.  It worked very well.
