As usual, I started on the Cross Trainer.  Then this happened &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>Exercise<\/td><td>Level<\/td><td>Reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cross trainer<\/td><td>13<\/td><td>500 calories<br>1:01:45<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Assisted pull up<\/td><td>40 Kg ( 35 Kg )<\/td><td>6 sets of 5 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Triceps extension<\/td><td>40 Kg (35 Kg )<\/td><td>6 sets of 5 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Low row<\/td><td>50 set<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So a good calorie burn session, which kind of started at an initial 300 Calorie target but as I got close I pushed it up another 10 to get 40 minutes, then more for 45, then, I figured I could get 500 in the hour, just  So I did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tech doesn&#8217;t agree with the Cross Trainer however.
