So I decided to go into town and find some long trousers. This didn&#8217;t exactly go to plan.  In Sports Direct I discovered a brand called &#8220;Under Armour&#8221;, and really like it.  So, as a result I ended up with &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trousers x2<\/li><li>Shorts x1<\/li><li>Tee shirts x 3<\/li><li>Long sleeved compression top x 1<\/li><li>Hoodie x 1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some \u00a3200 later turned out to be an expensive, but satisfying venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hit the gym<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wearing some of the new kit I set out to the gym at 2200, with an unrealistic target, to burn 1000 calories. At 22:15 there was one other person in the weights area.  I took the opportunity to look at the free weights.  Lowest weight dumbbells are 2.5 Kg.  The heaviest is 60 Kg, that I could see.  I didn&#8217;t bother trying to lift these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the time I had got back to the cross trainer it was nearly midnight and as the tech resets at midnight I had a run on to burn as many calories as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">943 calories burnt.
