This evening I stopped that being four days.  Don&#8217;t I know about it!  Well, it was my fault for pushing the levels again.  I shouldn&#8217;t compete with myself I know. Yay!<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Rowing machine<\/td><td>10 set<\/td><td>1019 metres in 04:49.<br>Improving!<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Russian twist<\/td><td>5 Kg ball<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Glutes bridge<\/td><td>N\/A<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Plank<\/td><td>N\/A<\/td><td>1 minute<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Chest press<\/td><td>30 set<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Shoulder press<\/td><td>4 Kg pair of free weights<\/td><td>3 sets of 10 reps<br>Hard<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Cross trainer<\/td><td>12 set<\/td><td>15 minutes<br>113 calories<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Low row<\/td><td>50 set<\/td><td>10 reps<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Assisted pull up<\/td><td>45 Kg ( 30 Kg )<\/td><td>10 reps<br>Overload.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, some good, some not so good.<br>Good was the leg press.  Driving 100 Kg is do-able.<br>Good is the 50 on the Low Row.  I know about it now but its do-able.<br>Not so good is the 4 Kg pair on should press.  How weak am I?<br>Not so good is the cross trainer.  I was tiring quickly. 263 calories total today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I totalled 838 calories in this session, from front door and back again, then forgetting to switch off the recorded.
