I had a rest yesterday due to the amount of work done on Monday after Induction.  The watch advised a rest, which expired this morning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So off to the gym tonight?  Err, no.  During the induction, specifically the kettle bell swing and the Russian Twist, I appear to have caused damage to my lower back, right at the base of the spine by the feel of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Okay, I am disappointed but this didn&#8217;t stop me.  Instead I did some exercises at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Plank &#8211; 45 seconds.<\/li><li>Glute bridge &#8211; 3 sets of 10 reps.<\/li><li>Crunches &#8211; 3 sets of 10 reps.<\/li><li>Russian twist &#8211; 10 reps using a bottle of bleach and with care.<\/li><li>Kettle bell (With bleach bottle) &#8211; 6 reps &#8211; irritated the back. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn&#8217;t record the events on the watch but it saw off about 100 calories.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So today wasn&#8217;t a great day.
