I wanted to go earlier but a problem with the car delayed me. So I ended up leaving the house at 2200, returning at about 2300. The smart watch reveals the results. I am burning about 1000 calories a day more, since I started at the gym. Its not just the work at the gym, its the walk there and back also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another issue came to light last night when I decided it was time to investigate the scales. This is one I want to work on but I will hold these weight until it gets easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Low Row is the one that the Osteopath wants me to concentrate on and I am pleased with the progress here.
